Multiple Welding MethodsMultiple Welding MethodsDifferent welding processes are used for fences and gates in different applications, such as robot welding, laser welding and TIG welding. Robot welding is usually used for standard fence panels in large quantities; laser welding is usually used for aluminium fence panels; TIG welding is usually used for customized projects. There are 15 welders in our factory, which can save production time easily.

Pre-Treatment Before Powder CoatingPre-Treatment Before Powder CoatingPre-treatment before powder coating is necessary if you want to do a good job in fence coating.
There are mainly 2 kinds of pretreatment methods in our factory: one is mechanical pretreatment and the other is chemical pretreatment.
As for mechanical pretreatment like sandblasting, there is one big modern sandblasting machine in our factory, which is widely used for black steel fences and gates, hot dip galvanized fences.
As for chemical pretreatment, all our 12-step chemical pretreatments are environmentally friendly. All fences and gates are strictly processed according to our pretreatment processes.

Modern Advanced Powder CoatingModern Advanced Powder CoatingThere are a total of 3 powder coating machines in our factory; the smallest one is for sample coating, which can operate at any time and is flexible in different colors. The second one is for heavy, huge fences and gates which not easily hang on the coating line.
The first two are called coating ovens.
The length of our third coating line is 216 meters, with advanced technology powder coating guns, and our coating man have in coating field more than 5 years.

Quality CheckingQuality CheckingSteps of quality checking would be operated among each step, from incoming raw material inspection to finished products.No defective fences and gates would pass to the next processing step.
Also, coating adhesion tests, strength tests, and salt spray tests would be done once fences are finished.

Advanced Modern Powder Coating Line, Makes Fences Long Time Using
There are 15 workers in our powder coating team; 50% of them have been in the fence coating field for over 3 years.
As for welding fences and parts, there is epoxy coating equipment for coating the welding section, which ensures no rust (only for steel fences or gates). After that, there is a 40- meter pre-heating channel to make the fence and gate hotter, which can improve coating ability better. Our main heating channel is 70 meters. All our coating guns are purchased from an international company.
